Data collection

Our company respects privacy, and therefore we handle customers' personal data responsibly and in accordance with the law (the Personal Data Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov), the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov), the Electronic Communications Act (Zakon o elektronskih komunikacijah) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data is used solely for the smooth operation of the company.

Customers who give consent to the processing of personal data will be informed of the purpose of use of the personal data provided and of the rights determined by law.

The controller of the personal data you provide is the company HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p., Gora pri Komendi 13, 1218 Komenda, registration no.: 5357981000, represented by director Tomaž Hrovat, tel.: +386 1 834 36 66, e-mail: info@resort-knez.si.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of point (b) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Users of the personal data are the internal departments of the company HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p. and its contractual processors, with whom it has concluded an appropriate data processing agreement. Personal data is kept for as long as the contractual relationship lasts, or longer if so required by law or the legitimate interest of HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p. In accordance with the 5th paragraph of Article 86 of the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1), we are required to keep invoices for 10 years.

Users' rights

The customer or website user may request from HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p. (the personal data controller), via the e-mail address info@resort-knez.si that it cease using their personal data.

  • The user has the right to access their personal data obtained during use of the website. The controller must first verify the identity of the person making the request for access.
  • The user has the right to have inaccurate data corrected. The controller must first verify the identity of the person.
  • The user has the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten") of personal data when the conditions of Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.
  • The user has the right to have the use of personal data for direct marketing and profiling discontinued.
  • The user has the right to decide on the use of personal data based on automated processing.
  • The user has the right to lodge a complaint against the controller with the supervisory authority if they believe the processing violates the General Data Protection Regulation.

Procedure for exercising rights

  • I am aware that I may address all of the above requests in writing to the controller at the e-mail address: info@resort-knez.si.
  • I am aware that the controller may, for the purpose of reliable identification, request additional data, and may refuse to act only if it proves that it cannot reliably identify me.
  • I am aware that the controller must respond to my request without undue delay and no later than one month from receipt of the request.

Protection of privacy

For the company HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p. and its website https://resort-knez.si, all personal data received from customers and website users (such as: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, company name, website address, IP address) is private and confidential.

Personal data is stored in accordance with the law and is accessible only to authorised staff and to the person to whom it belongs. Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of marketing products. HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p. will not disclose personal data to third parties without the buyer's consent.

Data protection

Customer data is stored in digital form, and is also processed and protected in this form in accordance with the law. We need the customer's personal data to handle their enquiry. All personal data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Invoice archive

All documents (purchase records, orders, invoices, complaints) are kept at the premises of HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p., Gora pri Komendi 13, 1218 Komenda. A registered customer may request copies of documents, which will be provided in electronic or paper form.

If you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to perform the contract or the pre-contractual measures. We do not make automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, nor do we create profiles.
