  • telephone number

[2] (MANDATORY) Consent to receive news about the HROVAT TOMAŽ s.p. offer and other updates is valid until revoked and includes

  • the use of data to send regular e-newsletters about our offer and updates;
  • the use of data for the occasional sending of other content;
  • the export, storage and processing of data in a marketing automation tool that enables us to send these newsletters;
  • the processing of data through pseudonymisation (so that it cannot be attributed to a specific individual).

[3] (OPTIONAL) Consent to receive personalised notifications and offers is valid until revoked and includes

  • the use of data for direct marketing;
  • retargeting on platforms with the aim of re-presenting products / offers;
  • the export and processing of data in digital advertising tools (using e-mail to prepare anonymised user segments, in which case the e-mail cannot be attributed to a specific individual);
  • the processing of data through pseudonymisation (so that it cannot be attributed to a specific individual).
